Assuming that the FR 2xx uses the same keyboard as the FR 3xx then the part number for the UK keyboard is 1-478-086-31.
I doubt that you will source one in the UK but try a Google as most US sites will ship worldwide.
Removing the keyboard is usually no great problem but I have no experience of the FR series. Normally you need to remove the assembly hood (the panel between keyboard and screen that houses the speakers) under which you will find one screw that holds the keyboard in position. The method of removal of the hood varies but sometimes you will find screws at the left side and sometimes on the flat panel itself (under a rubber bung).
