Next A-Series with X800 XT? When?

Hello everyone
I'm looking for my next notebook, a desktop replacement for gaming and average work. At the moment i'm using a Sony A-Series 297XP (ATI 9700er) but more and more this system is too low depending the graphical speed. The last series with X600 isn't really a improvement in this sight so i'm looking forward for the next series hoping it will have the X800 XT inside, or perhaps nvidias flagship in mobile graphics.
For now sony hasn't the performance notebook i'm searching for and i'm thinking to buy at another notebook manufacturer like dell with their XPS 2, but i would be more happy if i could keep the faith with sony.
Does anyone now something about the next A-series, which graphic chip it will have build in and when it will launch?

If you search an Gaming PC, build your own. Or buy Alienware. Maybe IBM would be a good choice too.

The Driverupdate rate of Sony VAIO-Link support is poor. They makes new drivers only then, if the Hardware doesn't work fine. A game which need a new driver is not a reason to update a graphicsdriver. (says the e-support)

btw, i'm very pleased with my X600 even when playing doom3 in 1024x768 with high quality, i'm gonna install some more ram and be even happier :smileygrin:

Definately wait, I can see Sony doing some wicked laptops to beat the new DELL XPS series.

Hopefully they'll add PCIE like Gericon did to their laptops.

Though I can see that laptop being like a hotplate!
