My Cub Vaio updater

Hi all

I have a problem with my Vaio where a dialogue appears asking me to connect to the Internet to download the latest version of 'My Club Vaio' whenever I log on to the PC. The weird thing is that I am on line at the time. It is a bit of a pain as the only way I can get the dialogue to close is via Program manager.

I am running Vista business on a VGN-TX5XN.

Any help with getting around this would be appreciated.

Hello

i have a vgn-ar31s with windows vista home premium.
I upgraded to ultimate and everything is fine exept 2 things

1)My club vaio application when i start it it says "please connect to the internet to download the latest version of my club vaio" (althought i am connected) i press OK and then appeares an error like debug MDM Zinc v2 error handler"
2) i cannot install vaio update 3.0.00.13220a the installation starts and sudenly disapears...
