Memory bandwidth efficiency

I have just done a Sandra 2004 test on my computer (Vaio laptop model PCG-9RGM (2.8 ghz P4, 512 RAM) and the readings are very low apparently.

I get a 'MEMORY EFFICIENCY' rating of only 25%.

I get a warning stating:

Warning W5400 - Low memory bandwidth efficiency (advanced test). Generally this means a setting is incorrect or set too ¿safe¿ resulting in too low performance.

Any ideas how to solve this. In the bios (F2) (which is very limited in options to change) there is no entry for memory settings.

Dave,

Just means he wants a reply and quick.

To be honest with you I would leave it alone, as it's more a hardware issue rather than poorly configured software. If it works, leave it alone.
