LEFT TOUCHPAD BUTTON NOT WORKING

I'm owner of a Vaio VGN-FE31M and after 3-4 months of usage the left button of my touchpad is not responding, so currently im double tapping, which is really annoying (for me).

Any ideas why?

Hi Athibor and welcome to Club Vaio.

You can try reinstalling your Touchpad Drivers: -

C:\ Drivers\Pointing Apoint.EXE

Also check your button settings in Control Panel -> Mouse.

However, the most likely cause if it is just the one button not working is a hardware failure and I would open a case with Sony Vaio-Link Support: -
