Help-my camera is gone.. (motion eye)

I have the inbuilt motion eye camera PCG-TR1MP.
But I cannot breathe life in it and can't find it anywhere in the registry
oder auf Deutsch-ist nirgends zu finden auch nicht in der Systemsteuerung.
Wat tun?
