The browser based interface that helps you setup your wireless conection will probably have a default value set for the ssid you should change this to something else more specific to you.Then enter the same into your wireless network properties.Go to Start>Conect to>all conections>right click your wireless conection>click properties>click the tab at the top Wireless networks>It should show there all available network connections and your ssid.
