Help - Administrator Registry write access

Ok im going on holiday on wednesday but i had to install Norton Internet Security 2006 (I know i shoudl use somthign else but i need for now) i bought it from the symantec website and downloaded it but when i install it theres is an error, so i follow the instructions and it says to install live update when it does this anotehr error comes up and says that i do not have write access im administrator on my pc and ive even tried loging on as the default administrator account but neither work. Could someone PLEASE help me and hopefully get this sorted before wednesday night. Thanks

Ive emailed them but it takes 2-3 days so im basically stuck on what to do

Try logging in as administrator in safe mode

Ive tried that and still got error messages. If i cant get this sorted il just have to leave my laptop at home, i was hoping to buy another laptop at the airport but we get there at midnight so all shops will be closed

How about dumping Norton for AVG/Zone Alarm until you can get them to respond

Dont worry found out around 40$ I just bought the Norton Internet Security 2006 though ill try Zone Alarm Internet Security and get a refund for Norton
