i need a driver for the vgb-vcc4 cam

It should be in your directory C:\Drivers\Camera\VGP-VCC4\DPInst32.EXE and it is the same driver for XP and Vista.

If you need to download it you need to download the Original Drivers Package for your model. This downloads a copy of your C:\Drivers directory.
