Display Problems/Anzeigeprobleme FE11M - Display turns black

Hello forum,

I have some problems with my new fe11m. when i surf the web sometimes my hole monitor turns black. i didn't know bevor what they mean with "x-black lcd"

there is a realy cool feature with videos. displaying the video fullscreen on the opposing monitor, maybe it is related to this feature.

I can reproduce this problem, when i go to sony.com. and on various other webpages with (mostly) dynamic content.

sometimes the screen doesn't turn black, but produces a screen error. the first part of the screen shows the distorted windows desktop, and the other part some pictureerror.

maybe someone can help

Vielleicht hat es ja mit dem Feature videos auf dem zweiten monitor in vollbild anzuzeigen zu tun?

ich kann den fehler reproduzieren, wenn ich z.B. auf sony.de gehe. Auch auf anderen webseiten mit (hauptsächlich) dynamischen inhalten passiert es.

Ab und zu wird der Bildschirm nicht schwarz, sondenr die Auflösung ändert sihc, und im unteren bereich des Monitors sehe ich einen Bildfehler, wogegen der obere bereich noch das richtige (verzerrte) bild anzeigt.

vielleicht kann ja jemand helfen.

sorry, kann leider nicht helfen. Ich sleber habe das S Modell aber mir ist das noch nicht aufgefallen.
ich rate dir einfach die Sony Hotline anzurufen. Ist ja kostenlos.

i uninstalled the device driver and reinstalled it once.

Which driver you uninstall and install?
I have the same problem, when i browsing, or make another activity, my screen went black too just for 0.1-0.2 second, like flash , just black.
I think first this notebook has factory problem, but i read this article.

i went to the systemconfig (don't know the name of it in english). to the list of hardware installed on the pc. there i deleted the entry for "NVIDIA GFORCE GO 7400".

then I restarted the pc and it got reinstalled by itself after login!
