Please can you help? I am very thankful for John Lewis letting me exchange a new Toshiba (5 months old)laptop for this Sony Vaio. That said I am very nervous about uploading my Epson multifunctional printer, Panasonic camera and my Sony Handycam 42E software on to this new Sony laptop as this is when my problems started with the Toshiba laptop which resulted in 2 DVD drives crashing/malfunctioning and I had to constantly "restore" it. Any advice before I do this please. Many thanks.
