Constantly BSOD Error 0x0000009c on Sony Notebook VGM SZ1M/B

Hello,

I have a problem with my Sony Notebook VGM SZ1M/B.
This Notebook gives me constantly (once or twice a day) an Bluescreen with Error 0x0000009c.
The notebook has the newest drivers, is about two month old. Has anyone encountered anything like this already?
Memory seems to be ok, I run Memtest for about two hours.

Possibly a CPU cache problem. I would guess that it needs to go for repair.

Sometimes this sort of error can be caused by overheating.
