I wonder if someone could help me please.
Using the automatic mode Click to DVD programme it works satisfactory up to the point where it has to write to the hard disk. At that point the programme freezes and I can't proceed further.

Hi WCL Brown and welcome to Club Vaio.

I'm afraid I don't know the answer but I have a few suggestions to check. Are you using XP or Vista and what version of Click2DVD do you have installed? It may also help to know your Vaio model.

1. Are you writing to a valid folder on your hard drive? Go to File -> Settings -> General and check that the temporary file for storing your Click2DVD projects is a valid directory.

2. Have you checked Vaio Update for updated versions of Click2DVD.

3. If all else fails you may have to reinstall Click2DVD from your Recovery Partition or your Recovery Discs.
