cannot get msn.com on new sony vaio

I cannot seem to connect to msn.com on my laptop, not sure if it's laptop or norton security. Seem to access other websites no problem.

What error message do you get? Or does it just not do anything?

Try turning off Norton, then trying MSN.com again

Remember to turn the firewall back on after this test
