camcorder connection problem

Hi Guys
I have a Panasonic NV-GS21 camcorder and I’m trying to connect it to my FE41S notebook using Click to DVD 2.6. The problem is it won’t believe that the camcorder is connected. I had a similar problem on my FS215B with an earlier version of click to DVD. It stopped working after I upgraded Click to DVD and I had to go back to the previous version to make it work . any ideas????

After a long slog with Vaio-Link, the conclusion was to uninstall the application and reinstall. Problem sorted
