Any one got a VGN AR21S

Any one out there got a Vaio Laptop more specificly a VGN AR21S

What i need is to know what BIOS it runs on please you'll be going me a massive favour

Just go to google and type in BIOS it is one of the sponsered links BIOS flash all it does is scan your system to see what drivers and BIOS your running. My Laptop has flat-lined and i need to flash the BIOS in sheer desperation but can't get hold of what BIOS i run on

Even if you don't have my specific laptop will you run it because if a lot of them have end up having the same i might chance it and also i will be handy for any one else needing this info

You should have BIOS Version R0130J6 - but I don't think you have a BIOS problem. I would not fool with the BIOS or you probably will end up with a doorstop.

The hard discs on your AR21S are using RAID/SATA drivers that XP does not support. If you try to install XP from a retail disc, you will have to supply the SATA/RAID drivers at the 'Welcome to Setup' screen or XP will think there are no drives present.
