about DVD region limit. speakers, DVD-RW

hello i have a PCG-Z1RMP
1)my DVD has been blocked to region 2. is there anyway to unblock it and to make it region free...???
2 )the sound from the speakers is very low. how can i improve it?
3) can i change the DVD to DVD-RW?

PowerDVD includes an option to boost the sound for notebooks, otherwise you will probably have to use external powered speakers.

Not easily. An external firewire drive or drive & bay is probably the best option.
