Xperia x8 problem

HI Team,

I have purchased a Sony xperia X8 E15a model last May'2011 & I loved it in using all the ways. But unfortunately by unknowingly i stopped service or Road Sync application through Settings --> Applications --> Running services -> Road Sync(Stopped it).

I was not sure about it as i thought i m not using this application a much & what is the use of it by running. So that my Battery backup may increase.

This stopping service has seriously affected by phone service & it gives me an Error " Road sync appl is not working & Force close pop up appears", by clicking that within 1 minute my gets re-started again & again.

I tried to update phone through my Desktop PC, but as soon i connect to PC Companion my phone gets re-started. which i scared whether i wil loose my phone software into major problem.

Resulted in a Serious problem for me as my phone is getting restarted mutliple times & all my applications are hanged.

Kindly please suggest me on this, how to get rid of this problem

Hi Uliwooly,

Even i feel like this very strange because when i re-start my phone & Click on "Road sync application", the phone is getting restarted again & again. Unfortunately i didn't took my earlier backup for Restoring to original stage.

Today i tried to connect my PC companion for Software update, But as my phone gets connected to PC computer - It Re-starts again & again.

Any suggestions on this please should i take this to Service center or any help in Online support.

restart your PC > press F8 > safe mode > run SUS or PCC

I have Used the updated service software to Update my phone & Now its looking really a very new to phone.

Awesome ..... Now my phone is speed & better performing.
