Xperia X10 mini/pro - impossible to forward a message

In the user guide, the following is written in the column named "To forward a message":

"3 Touch and hold the message you want to forward, then tap Forward message."

However, there is NO option Forward message.

You are unable to forward a text message with the phone. I believed the manufacturer will update the firmware to fix this. Nothing happened...

are you trying to forward the whole conversation? because in that case no you can't it has to be done message by message.

open the messaging app -> open a conversation -> press and hold (long press) a message -> tap forward
