Xperia U app memory (Phone memory)

Hi all, I am thinking to buy Xperia U.

     I heard that in 8GB memory, 2GB is for system, 2GB for apps and 4GB for user..

So my questions are..

1.Only 2GB is allocated for apps.. That means i cant use more apps or what?

2. If I install a game where it will be stored? In apps memory or user available memory?

wat do u think 4 gb is enough for the user??? with no external memory slot??

and also which phone will u recomend xperia u,sola or miro???
