xperia sp call problems

i cant hear the other persons voice or ringtone on my xperia sp, unless i put it on loud speaker. the same happens with both incoming and outgoing calls.

pls help, i cant walk around with everyone hearing my conversation. 
i do have skype installed on my phone for a long time, i rarely use it. can it be causing this problem, ?? 
my xperia sp , is only 2 months old pls help with the solutions !

Try to boot your phone in safe mode to see if the problem might be caused by some 3rd party app you have installed in your phone:

Do you have sound in the phone if you play music from the Walkman player?

I had the same problem. Plug in your earphones and call somebody.Talk with him for how long you want then close and take out the earphones. Now the problem should be fixed.

I am having same problem. 4.3 os, i tried the safe mode option it is not solving 

walkman is also not working

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Try to connect a headset to the phone and and disconnect while playing music from the Walkman player. Restart your phone by press and hold the OFF button on the backside of the phone with a tip of a pen or similar for a few seconds. 

Start it up again and see if the speaker works better.

I am not able to listen to the voice of the caller.

I have to use earphones in order to hear the caller's voice.

I cant hear any sound when I play songs in Walkman.

Its really annoying.

Please help me with a solution.
