xperia sp battery problem

hello, i just want to ask, does it damage the battery when we leave it charging for too long after it reach  100 % ?

restart handset then check for eco mode again

try to repair the phone with sony pc companion but pls back up before you go ahead with this option maybe theres a twitch in your device as i've never experienced this issue be4

i've download pc companion but i don't know how to repair it

connect device to pc and launch the sony pc companion app and follow the on screen but firstly go to the bac up and restore section then click on it to start your back up once done (long process) click on the scetion that states your device is up to date top left highlighted in blue , aa pop up will open asking you to repair .pls back up before you go ahead with the repair option

just repaired my phone with pc companion, but still there is no eco mode controller

Really unusual  try to go into settings>apps> and click the menu at the top right of the screen and make sure it's on sort by name then check again if it's still missing scroll to the bottom to see if its bin disabled
