I can't see how long your top 4 apps were on, but its seems that you have really bad network coverage and thus drains your battery quite fast.  it will be helpful to include screenshots of the top 4 items

you can repair your phone with SUS or PCC but I think the issue is the poor network coverage

Update Service (SUS)

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

indeed if you use SUS or PCC or Bridge it will update to the latest firmware available, you can do a settings reset on your phone, make sure to backup all your contacts and anything that you don't want to lose

go to settings > about phone > status > signal strength

yesterday i did full factory reset. then again i sync my gmail and facebook after that installed all the apps wich i had already then the problem raised again but, i didn't chek my battery status after factory reset without installing any apps this is the mistake where i could have been done :smileysad:. will the device cause any damage if i do a factory reset again or else is there any possible way to get back to normel without doing a factory reset?
