Xperia S camera got disabled

Hi,

Due to error in camera app , i disabled the camera and now no camera is available in my apps. what to do?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

To enable the camera again you need to go to Settings -> Apps -> All. Scroll down to the bottom of this list to see disabled apps, tap the camera and then "Enable".

thank you for the information. I enabled it but now it is showing Error- camera not available.

In Safe mode also, camera is not working, it is showing black screen.

I suggest that you try to reinstall the phones software using Update Service.

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
