Xperia Pro, how to change input language on ICS

So when I was in gingerbread, whenever I needed to type in either Chinese or Japanese, I could just tap and hold down on the text box (either in SMS or any forms of text box), but now tap and hold down on the screen no longer gives me that option.. and when I go setting for typing I could not find the original Chinese and Japanese inputs..... anyone got any idea?

While using keyboard drag down the notification bar and select input method

I don't think you can... Beside, it's only a little square on top anyway, not really bothering me.

its not little..mines always shows on notification,,its like a message that always shows on notification whenever i type a message.,,and also i have a problem with the lockscreen, the volume wont work if im on lockscreen,,i need to unlock it just to make my volume key to work..

Volume key is not supposed to work when screen is locked and

regarding that notification it will always occur while using keyboard

how come when i was in Gingerbread i can use my volume key when im on lockscreen,,but anyway thanks maybe its a downside.

nevermind it was already fix.. all my problem is the notification led now isnt working well..
