xperia mini screen turning on by itself

my xperia mini keeps turning the screen on by itself and it really bothring me it happens every 10 mins and it do it couple times on row every 5 seconds please help me its really annoying?

please notice it happens before and after ICS update

I've seen this and the problem was an app

taskiller

antivirus

battery app

uninstall them and check again

I have mcafee antivitrus the one came with it and all battery apps deleted i will check

uninstall mcafee as well and if the problem persists repair it with either PCC or SUS
