Did you have an SD Card in your phone when it acted up? Is it larger than 16 GB and is it a high speed card?
I took the advice from my cell phone provider techs and put in a 16 GB Mini SD Card and made sure it was not high speed and so far I have not had any further problems. All my photos came back when I took out the larger, high speed SD card, as my photos were saved to the phones internal memory, and the photos stayed when I put in the new mini SD card. It was about two weeks ago that I did this, so my phone has been good for two weeks.
From what I was told its that the processor in our phones cannot handle the high speed cards - although according to Xperia's web page our phones are suppose to take up to a 32 GB mini SD card, but it doesn't say anything about the speed. I guess I could have tried a 32 GB card that was not high speed but I was tired of buying mini SD cards!
Hope that helps!
so youre saying that, you used the repair phone software, it erased all of your photos that were saved onto your internal storage, but after a while all of them came back? without you losing any of your photos, videos etc?
