Xperia ARC S - Restart Autometically After Update ICS

After recieve update officially, I update My Xperia Arc S via "Sony PC Companion 2.1".  Everything Working fine, Except Restart Autometically. I found my Xperia Arc S restrting Autometically in a day may be 4/6 time. I check All settings & power option everything ok. I can't find the probl;em why its happend. Please help me about this issue.

Its is suggested that you format your SD card before installing as this would ensure clear installation

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)

I Erased SD Card & Reset Fectory Setting Phone, then going to Repaier Update. Before I do That I remove My SD card from Phone also...After finish I will check & give my feedback....
