WT19i stops working

I upgraded my WT19i to 4.04 about four days ago.Today it ran out of charged, when I turned it on I found out it doesn't work anymore.

when I turn it on, it stops working about 10 seconds after start. so I can't even reach to the 'restart to faory's option" in that time. All buttons including Power button doesn't work  and device and laptop doesn't recognise each other in that state, and I can charge it only when it is off.

Can anyone suggest a solution please?

take the battery out, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds, connect the phone to the wall charger, put the battery back on DO NOT attempt to turn it on, wait for an hour then connect it to a PC again DO NOT try to turn it on, if the LED turn orange/yellow/green then repair it with SUS

thank God its a high end phone..other wise nothing for low end phone.....
