Wifi switching on autonatically xperia sp

Eventhough is switched off the wifi and disabled the checkbox "notify me when an open network is avaialble " . It is getting switched on automatically . Its really annoying me . Please give me some solution.

Have you enabled wifi by location in power management?

Switch off WiFi location it should stop switching on it self

Yes,if you disable that,the wifi will not turn on automatically.

Hi,

I am really disappointed with xperia SP WIFI range. Even low cost samsung mobiles are getting connected to

WIFI but i m getting "Obtaining IP Address" message. I could realize it would be due to bandwidth issue but

other mobile like Apple and samsung are getting connected with less connectivity range.

I request sony to put more importance to WIFI signal range in new build jelly bean 4.3. In my home all are using the internet

WIFI but only SONY Xperia SP lags.

I have tried with Sony Xperia SP moblie resart,Factory reset and WIFI restart. Other than this i havent find any option.

Please help me or let me know is there any way i could return my mobile and get back the money.

While using WiFi try to turn off mobile data and use WiFi strictly for some reason it works faster

Hey me too facing same problem in sp.. I'm unable to connect..it show same message obtaining ip address..

Reset router. That works 99% of time. Its the dynamic DHCP thats out of range.
