Why we do not write a join petition to Sony??

Sorry for my English, I am from Spain, and my English is not so good.
What I try to say is that why we don't do a join petition (all together) to Sony for a new update so fast they can, because we have not a phone, we have a stupid thing in our hands, and Sony is laughing about us.
