why am i not able to see pictures on my xperia st18i when i go to gallery

i not able to see pictures on my xperia st18i when i go to gallery. i tried restarting my phone.but was of no help.

can anyone help me out with this problem.

Take out the memory card in reinsert it

see if it helps..

If not then transfer important stuff from memory card to pc and then format your SD card

After that send the stuff back to your card

see how it goes
