What is awake in battery usage?

I do not understand what you mean,you have a good battery backup.Are you using task killers or battery savers?

In screen off time also phone is awake. Is that cause to drain battery? and why phone is awake when screen is off ?

Probably the network is causing it to stay awake,to keep signal when it is weaker.But you have a good battery life,considering you have not charged for almost 3 days.Or you kept it all this time in airplane mode?
