When making calls using the phone to my ear, the volume level is too low and I am unable to hear the person I am speaking to. They can hear me ok. I have tried various settings on the Equalizer but still the same problem. When I turn up the volume to maximum the sound level is still too low and slightly distorted. I have taken a look online and seen a few people with the same problem, it seems to be an Acoustic Driver issue. Can somebody help me please as my phone works great apart from this issue.

I have fixed this problem. I rebuilt my W995 yesterday with a new housing and bought and fitted a cheap replacement Ribbon Flex Cable from ebay. I have rebuilt the phone again today using the Original Flex Ribbon Cable and my phone now works perfectly. Lesson learned, don't buy cheap imitation parts, it's not worth the time or the money.

The problem was caused by fitting non genuine Ribbon Flex Cable during a rebuild. Rebuilt again using a genuine SE Ribbon Flex. Now everything works perfectly thanks.
