Volume limit on Sony Xperia SP

What is the maximum volume limit on the Sony xperia SP? As I don't want to damage my ears.

about 66 db for voice and 61db for music.Look here.

Yes,and you do not need to listen with volume maxed out all the time.

Is there any way to increase this? Not for headphones but for using the headphone jack with an aux connection. I find it's significantly lower than my previous devices.
