Video call on xperia Ray

Why video call are not possible on xperia ray ?

All 3G networks include now 3G video call at the same price as classic call.

I mean by "video call" real video call, not call using internet network ( over WIFI or 3G ) that needs special application on both mobile phone ( google talk, face time ).

Video calls allows to call any mobile phone. These feature was a standard before android. My old Nokia supports it. So why SE android phones doesn't support it whereas Samsung allows it ?

Moreover, if  videa call are not supported front camera is useless whereas nearly all old 3G phones can uses video call

There are MYRIAD threads on this, this is NOT supported by Android Samsung customized their Android so it could do it. It make sense that Google doesn't support this, since they rather you use their Gtalk app and to have a data plan or wifi connection so they can display their ads
