Upgrade to Android 4 via PC Companion fails

The update keeps failing even after PC reboot, changing USB mode to MTP/MSC.

The log shows:

19:49:03,27 [PhoneUpdateTools 12/03/26] Unable to open installation registry key!

did you tried with update service (SUS).....?

Thanks.  The ICS update is now successful via SUS.
