Update Xperia U with New 6.0.B.3.171(3 Jul 2012)

After 6.0.B.3.162 update I am facing severe network drop every 30mins, have to restart the cell to get network access. Please tell me how to update my phone to new release 6.0.B.3.171.

Is this update available in INDIA ???

PCC says my xperia U is having latest software i.e. 6.0.B.3.162

Issue is resolved after .184 update

when would be the update available? this is my first time having an xperia phone, im used to galaxy and optimus phone but i gave sony a try. i love xperia u, its very smooth like optimus 2x but how come update is not fast?

Same for me !!! it's work faster than ever and better battery  !!! Maybe it has problem with some Networks.

MTN-Irancell ! Iranian-South African network operator... It operates on GSM 900/1800.

Funny Thing : I had the same problems, but in 6.0.B.1.576 !!! Signal Drops Happend once or twice in a day but when i updated it to 6.0.B.3.162 , it fixed !!! i think it has problem with some networks but SONY should fix it soon !!!!

pour une fois un intervenant de France, également scandalisé par l'attitude de Sony qui nous cuisine des firmware qui ne semblent absolument pas testés ! En effet entre la mise à jour du build et le premier décrochage de réseau necessitant un reboot de l'appareil il m'a fallu 1 heure pas plus !

J'espère vivement que la marque va se resaisir car là franchement je suis hyper déçu et je donne une très mauvaise image de mon téléphone autour de moi ! La presse a salué la gamme 2012 et l'xpéria U les utilisateurs au travers des forums pourraient rapidement le descendre en flèche !!!!
