Unknown Icon in notification bar of xperia P

Hi,

Can anybody help me tell me what is this icon means, It's started coming from when I updated my OS to 4.1.2 ?

Have you installed some new apps?I cannot find this in my phone...

No, its not caused by an external app, and as far as I know, notifications from apps show up on the left ALWAYS

Go to Settings --> Call Settings --> Check if the check box "Hearing aids" is on.... Thats probably causing it, and AFAIK its new in Jellybean

Turn it off if you dont need it.

And again, if you dont want notifications for a particular app, you can just turn it off the settings --> apps individually (Like I did with the annoying location based WIFI notification)
