Stops at Logo Screen

I'm using the internet when my phone suddenly restarted. But it was stuck on Sony and Xperia Logo. Since then, my phone won't open. Please Help. What should I do and what causes this problem?

I am having the same. However while updating SUS, my cell doesn't get connected to the PC. what should be the next step?

Force shutdown(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).Retry the process via sony update service:

same here and i dont know what to do .....when i connect it with pc companion the mobile doesnt open and i can't proceed ...... is there anything else i can do ?

it may be a sily question but why i cant find my phone on the available phones at the sonu update service ? plus i 've seen that it doesnt have all sony mobile phones .....am i wrong ?

No,you are right.I should have said that you need to run it in compatibility mode with windows 7.
