sony ericsson live with walkman latest update ??

hi friends i m new here..my live shows android 2.3.4 version...is it the latest version ?? or i should update my phone ??

yes 2.3.4 is the latest
see whenever you connect your phone to PCC ( PC COMPANION ) your pcc automatically searches for new updates and if they are availaible then it notifies u for the same and u can perform the update

what build number do u have ???
settings > about phone> build number

Hi, what is the Build number? Goto Settings>About phone to check.

The other way is to plug phone to PC Companion via USB cable to find out.

we have 4 bars on homescreen..3 bars have single icon (messaging,contact and keypad) and 1 bar has multimedia icons like walkman,gallery and camera..so i am unable to remove walkman icon from bar on top right hand side to put it in the bottom ?? help

another thing is its battery drains in a single day eve i use wifi for 2-3 hrs without calls and multimedia..is it a battery issue ?

do u get  a battery backup of about 1 day( here u mean = 24 hours) ???
if it is yes then your battery is normal as this battery backup is considered to be very good

How often do you retrieve data for email/Facebook/Twitter etc as this can cause drain if it is set for every 5-10 mins.
some live wallpapers can kill your battery quicker
dont use any battery saver or task killer

switch to gsm mode.. when u don't need to surf internet from ur carrier network ( settings>wireless and networks>mobile network>network>select gsm only)

u can stop "unnecessary apps"( only that u don't need) from running in the background by settins > applications> running > select an app > force stop

hmm i try it often but walkman,google services,play on device,international keyboard,popcap games come again and again..any sol .??

well some services resarts itself which are required by the phone to function normaly so you cannot close them..
