sola brightness fluctuating!!!!!!!!!

i ve bought sola 5 days back

its working very smothly jst its brightness smtimes fluctuates

i ve set brightness to min. wth auto brightness ticked

using firmware 6.0.B.1.564

I m using .162 firmware.. lots of problms that i m facing right now perhaps i have the same prblm on my phn too...
