What all are the bugs in ICS for Xperia U?
I have read about Wi-Fi,camera(picture quality) issues and notification tone issues.
Is it a good idea to upgrade now or wait?

If u ask me, there are few bugs in ICS but the smoothness compared to GB is phenomenal.
As long as u don't rely on wifi (like outside your house/your own router). Because I had the wifi issue, it was going numb in a minute, but after a suggestion in the forum i changed few settings in my router's wireless settings, all's fine for me now. But then, u can't do that at your workplace. That's my issue with my mobile.
Battery life is not bad once u turn on "Extended Standby Mode", which apparantly is giving me 9-10 hrs of battery life with quite a lot of messaging, wifi always on, few calls, whatsapp, browsing(lil bit).
RAM consumption is noticably much more when compared to GB, but then again long pressing the home key, u have the task manager with which u can close the running apps & free up the memory. Not an issue, until u push the device with a lot of multi tasking.
Regarding Camera, I've noticed a tad bit of clarity issue when snapping indoors. But outdoors, it's all fine. One concern though, it's always using 3 Megapixel only, I manually have to adjust everytime that I need full 5 Megapixel pictures, that's a pain really.
That's it, consider the above & if u can live with all those & also consider the great user interface ICS has to offer & then decide whether u want to upgrade to ICS or stay on GB until a stable firmware is released(which won't be anytime soon)
Cheers mate!
The camera is good idk what they talking about and the UI is pretty nice to! & chrome update.
However wifi works fine.
dnt upgrade its too buggy, memory usage is too much, due to which baterry life also reduces, i personaly recomnds to wait.
Everything works fine for me:

Go for it.. no bugs still now..
Updated it yesterday and its working pretty good... Actually smoother than GB!! WiFi, Camera and all other stuff works fine.. Performance is way far better than GB.. But the Only let down was battery! Discharged pretty soon when compared to GB on same amount of usage..
