Setting Menu After ICS Upgrade

Finally got chance to upgarde to ICS. All went well and no hitch at all and no it wasn't a fatory reset but usual upgrade.

One minor issue is that after upgrade the Settings (third icon on the illumnation band) isn't leading to same pop up as it was on GB. Now the same opens a notificastion band sort of with one icon on left and one on right. The left one on tapping opens dropdown for Theme/Wallpaper and the right "+" icon opens up a screen with whole lot of things for "Add to Home" Now for settings i have to reach through the APPS section.

Is this by design in ICS or there's some goofup?

did you upgrade threw pc companion or any other method?

Which region u r in? I'm in US and its still no upgrade.

Through PCC. My Phone is UAE import and I am  in India. Didn't get ICS same time as others started getting In India (17th Aug onwards). Took 12 days before it showed up few hours back.

Should trickle through to other regions i am sure in due course.

Hans't anyone noticed this change on this? The working of the tird icon on right in the illumination band? The icon to right of Home in the illumination band in GB 184 used to give option to go to Settings menu. ICS doesn't.

u can open 'settings' by bringing down the notification panel......there is a settings option dere....
