SE Hazel GPS Issue

Hello.

I've got an GPS issue on SE Hazel J20i.

Java SW version: JP-8.5.2

I'm using WeTravel 0.9.12 and GPS doesn't work. Same happens with Adding new place in My favourites. 20 minutes per each spent on clear field with clear blue sky.

A-GPS: Off.

GPS test via Service Menu result: Test timed out. Last status: Request sent.

Done factory data reset, no results.

Will repair with PC Companion or SE Update Service via usb cable validate my warranty?

Have you tried it with A-GPS switched on? Also, make sure the internet settings on the Java application are set correctly.

I can't use A-GPS.

And I solved the problem. Done factory data reset like 3 times in a row and w8ed in the car for 40 minutes and it worked. Now it's like 3 minutes and it's ready to go.

What about my 2nd question, any1 knows the answer?

Glad you solved the problem. No, using SEUS or PC Companion will not invalidate the warranty.
