Screen Capture No Longer There (Sony Ericsson Live With Walkman)

after updating my phone to 4.0 i've found that the screen capture option is no longer there, i've heard that long pressing the volume down and home buttons do it but it doesn't work for me

does anyone have a concrete solution for this...

Press Volume down & power button at the same time

you have to press them exactly at the same time (press and hold)

for future reference search the forum before creating a new thread as this create spam and it's harder to assist other users
