Review and experience using ICS 4.0.4

Hi Guys, ... Anyone who has enjoyed ICS 4.0.4? How your experience?

I would like to invite sharing about the plus and minus of ICS, such as loss of  features "screen shoot" when pressing and hold power button.

Ironically, when trying to install the application "screen shoot", but can't function, because of the rooting.

Second,..A decline in quality multitasking.

You have other experiences....?

Press and hold power button and volume down button at the same time ( exactly and hold them there until you take a screenshot
