Reg:Error-com.andriod.phone has been stopped unexpectedly

hi,

   i'm using sony ericsson xperia mini mobile phone.i got the error message com.andriod.phone has been stopped unexpectedly with message force close,if i give the force close means,it appers again and again and if i give factory restore default, mobile working and if i switch off and on the mobile means the same error has been occured.how to clear the problem

do you have a

1) task killer?

2) battery defender/juice defender?

3) mcafee or antivirus app?

you don't need any of those apps

i have antivirus application....but it lost after reset the phone........

repair your phone again with Update Service, and don't install any app, does it show the same error?

i didnt install any application,but it shows the same error and how to repair the phone with update service(you mean i have to gave my mobile to service center?).

there is one exe file in that link...i saved that exe file in my pc...what is the next step
