RED FLASHING BODER APPEARS

While using my xperia sola mob somes red flashing boder appears for 5sec

during opeaning contacts ,application,browsing

any suggestion to overcome this prob.

Go to : Settings > Developer Options > Untick "Strict Mode" and this will stop.
