Reboot while using Wisepilot

Hello X10 users,

               i have this problem since a month ago , it keep rebooting it self while im using the wisepilot , after a short period wisepilot issued an update for the software but it become worse , so i have uninstalled the update and i have repaired my phone using PC companion .

after it goes well after the repair but unfortunately it start rebooting it self not only when im using the wisepilot but also while im charging the battery :S.

I really appreciate your advice and solutions .

Hi there, can you give us a little more information about your phone? Like, what version are you running, what apps are running on the background (ie battery saving, task killers etc).

The fact that it is restarting while charging is very worrying, seems like a hardware failure.

If the rebooting only occurs when the charger is connected I suggest that you have the phone examined at a repair center. Contact your local support team for more info about repair centers in your area.
